I run to clear my mind; to strengthen my body; to mediate; to be able to eat whatever I want; to breath better; to quell negative emotions; to engage the world; to feed my creativity; to nurture my soul.
I run to maintain my sanity.

The process of pounding the pavement gives me breathing room. It gives me space and time between life’s distractions. Nothing solves a problem like a run.
Running allows me to refresh; to regroup; to reorganize my thoughts and to begin anew.
Movement = Energy.
Energy = Life.
I run to Live!
P.S. Sorry about missing last week’s post.
Hubby & I took an impromptu road trip to leaf peep, visit family, and to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary! xx
